By downloading or using SanApp ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is available on a subscription basis at $2.99/month after a 1-month free trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

This app also incorporates Apple's standard end user license agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
